5-week course of classes held on Thursday evenings

£40 for 5 classes

Please contact me early in your pregnancy if you would like to join, the courses tend to get fully booked. Please get in touch to register your interest even if courses are full, as occasionally places to become available.

Learn yoga techniques (easeful movements, soothing breath & sound practices, mudra's and deep relaxation) which aid the ability to manage and accept the physical, emotional and energetic changes during pregnancy and the journey towards motherhood; connecting you with your unborn child and with the joy of nurturing the new life within.

The course of 5 classes will give you the basic ‘pregnancy yoga tool kit’, supporting you during your pregnancy and preparing you for the birth of your baby. You can start the classes at any time during your pregnancy, but most women begin during the second trimester (12 weeks onwards). You are welcome to attend more than 1 course to deepen your understanding of how yoga can benefit you and your baby and to truely embody the techniques you learn.

Class size is limited to 10 so it is essential that you contact me early in your pregnancy if you are interested in joining this group. Please do not drop-in.
